Manhole Cover Lifter

The Great Salt Bay Sanitary District is looking for a replacement tip to fix the tip that brokeoff their manhole cover lifter. This cover lifter has faithfully lifted covers since the plant opened in 1986.

This particular cover lifter was designed and patented by an operator somewhere in Southern Maine. Does anyone know if there is a vendor where they could either buy the replacement tip, or a new cover lifter like this one?
