Phyllis Rand is the immediate Past President of the New England Water Environment Association. Ms. Rand is completing her team as Past President, however, she has been extremely involved in many NEWEA committees and officer positions preceding this office. Phyllis is also a Past President from the Maine Waste Water Control Association and been very involved in the Association of Maine Environmental Laboratories.
